▸ Stamp duty exemption for SMEs on any instruments executed for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), for period between 1st July 2020 to 30th June 2021

The new company is incorporated under the Company Act 2016
The new company is defined under SME being share capital less than RM2.5 million and annual sales not more than RM50 million .
