(HR Update) KTP ChatGPT Training

On the last Friday of January 2024, I had the privilege of host a specialized training workshop for my office colleagues, focusing on the cutting-edge capabilities of generative AI tools, specifically ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.

This session was designed with the intention of unlocking the vast potential of generative AI to transform our daily tasks, enhancing our ability to conduct in-depth research, refine communications such as emails, and streamline our workflows.

During this comprehensive training, we delved into the fundamentals of each tool, exploring their unique features and applications in a professional setting.

Our goal was not just to familiarize the team with these technologies but to enable them to harness these AI solutions effectively in their respective roles.

To put theory into practice, the training included a hands-on assignment that challenged participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge.

They were tasked with summarizing lengthy PDF documents into concise key points, an exercise aimed at demonstrating the practical utility of generative AI.

By equipping our team with these powerful tools, I hope to foster an environment of innovation and efficiency, where the capabilities of AI can be fully capitalized to enhance our productivity and creativity.
