(Tax Update) e-PCB Plus Registration - Step by Step

The E-PCB Plus process makes registering electronic parts easy and organized. It simplifies each step and speeds up the registration through the LHDN MyTax portal, ensuring that everything is completed quickly and efficiently.

Here is the step-by-step guide for e-PCB registration for employer, employer representative and PCB administrator below:

011.1 EMPLOYER ROLE

The individual logs into MyTax @ [https://mytax.hasil.gov.my] (https://mytax.hasil.gov.my) > enter company identification number and password

03Step 2

Click “Profile > click”Role Application”>select Application Type”New Application” > Choose Role Type (“Company Director/Organisation Administrator” or “Employer or “Business Owner”)

041.2 EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE ROLE

The employer logs into MyTax > Select the role “Employer” > Click”Profile”> Select the “Representative Appointment” tab > Choose Identification Type > Enter the Representative’s Identification Number > Click “Submit”.

051.3 PCB ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

The employer/employer representative logs into MyTax > Select the role as “Employer” or “Employer Representative” > Click Profile.

07Step 2 :

Select the “PCB Administrator” tab > Choose Identification Type > Enter the PCB Administrator’s Identification Number > Click “Submit”.

If want Cancellation : The name of the PCB Administrator will be displayed on the list below. Click the “Cancel” button to cancel the appointment.

082. APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVE ROLE IN e-PCB PLUS

An Administrator Representative can be appointed either from among the company’s employees or from outside.

The EMPLOYER/EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE /PCB ADMINISTRATOR logs into MyTax@ https://mytax.hasil.gov.my > enter ‘Identification Number’ and ‘Password’

10Step 2

Select the role of EMPLOYER/EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE/PCB ADMINISTRATOR  > Select the employer’s name > ezHASIL Services > e-PCB Plus -e-PCB Plus Screen.

11Step 3

e-PCB Plus screen

Click on Employee > Administrator Representative List > Add Task Scope

12Step 4

Add task scope > Set accessible screens > Set employee group according to the task scope > Save

13Step 5

Click The icon to select the ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVE.

14Step 6

Select the ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVE either from COMPANY EMPLOYEE/NON-COMPANY EMPLOYEE.

For appointing an Administrator Representative from the list of Company Employees:

Click the “Company Employee” Tab > Click”Select” on the employee’s name you wish to appoint.
