The online submission of the Statement of Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) (i.e. e-CP39) is mandatory effective from 1 September 2019 (hence manual submission of Form CP 39 is no longer accepted from that date), the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM) has uploaded the following updates on e-CP39 on its website: -
