How to Remember

When your senior/mentor teaches you new things, you can try the following techniques to remember his/her teaching :

Active Listening

Pay close attention while your senior is explaining. Engage actively by asking questions or seeking clarification when needed.

Take Notes

Jot down key points or important information while your senior is teaching. Summarize the main ideas and write down any examples or explanations they provide.

Repeat and Recap

After your senior has finished teaching, try to repeat the information back to them in your own words. This will help reinforce your understanding and identify any areas that need further clarification.

Visualization

Create mental images or visual associations to help you remember the concepts or information. Visualize yourself applying the new knowledge in practical situations.

Practice and Application

Actively apply the new knowledge as soon as possible. The more you use and practice what you've learned, the better you'll remember it.

Review and Reinforce

Regularly review your notes and revisit the material to reinforce your memory. This can be done through self-study or discussing the topic with your senior or peers.
