04Technology - AI

We should explore how technology, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), can help us in our HR, Audit/Tax, Accounting processes. AI can make things more efficient and accurate.

05Orientation and Onboarding Program for Newcomers

When new employees join our company, we need to make sure they feel welcomed and supported. Let's review our orientation and onboarding program and make any necessary improvements.

This will help new employees settle in quickly and become productive members of our team.

06Training and Development for Colleagues:

Investing in our employees' growth and development is important. Let's identify training needs and create programs to help our colleagues enhance their skills.

Providing opportunities for continuous learning will benefit both our employees and the company.

07Reward for Performance:

Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance is crucial for employee motivation and satisfaction. Let's review our current rewards and recognition programs and ensure they are fair and aligned with our goals.
