From 28 September 2018, voluntary submission thru MBRS platform is encourage. However, mandatory submission for Annual Return, Exempt Private Certificate and Financial Statements (unaudited) will be implemented in stages starting in November 2018:

November 2018    -   Kuala Lumpur and Selangor
December 2018    -   Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor
January 2019       -   Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu
February 2019      -   Perlis, Perak, Kedah and Penang
March 2019          -   Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan

Mandatory submission for Financial Statements (Audited) will be determined by SSM based on the readiness.

Company secretaries, auditors, directors, accountant and other stakeholders are encouraged to use the MBRS platform for the services before mandatory submission is enforced by SSM. SSM also offered a series of training session for stakeholders to learn and familiarise the system.
