• 股东将指定清盘人来结束公司的事务
• 并根据公司法令向大马公司委员会和破产管理署提交必要的通知
• 社险、公积金局及内陆税收局和海关等的清算许可
• 清盘人将分配所有资产与清偿所有债务。
