Physical Wellness in the KTP Workplace

In our KTP office, the physical well-being of our team is a priority. We actively encourage and sponsor a variety of fitness activities to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Here are some of the initiatives we've undertaken:

🏸 Weekly Badminton : Promote fun and fitness through Malaysia most-loved sports.

🏃‍♂️ Running Together : Encourage participation in half-marathons (21km) as a team.

🌿 Trail Hiking : Explore nature trails together, fostering team bonding and mental refreshment.

🧘‍♀️ New Initiative: Yoga Class in the Office during Working Hours🧘‍♀️

I've observed that some key members of our management team have been feeling fatigued lately.

In response to this, I have decided to introduce yoga classes right here in our office during office hour. A professional yoga instructor will guide us through practices to help enhance our focus, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Let’s embrace this opportunity to rejuvenate our minds and bodies, promoting a more productive and harmonious workplace!

PS #1 : My Yoga Journey 2023 at OM Peace Yoga Centre

This year, I've been fortunate to engage in a regular yoga practice as part of our company-sponsored activities at OM Peace in Taman Molek. It’s a wonderful opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and enhance the overall well-being.

However, I’ve noticed that participation from our colleagues has been lower than expected. It seems that heavy workloads and varying interests might be influencing this.

PS #2 : Our training hall in office is good enough to house 15-20 yogaist concurrently.
