02Transition to Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (“MPERS”).

According to Section 3 of MPERS: Financial Statement Presentation, a complete set of MPERS financial statements shall include all of the following:- 

• Statement of financial position (to replace Balance sheet)
• Statement of comprehensive income (to replace Income Statement)
• Statement of changes in equity
• Statement of Cash flow (to replace Cash flow statement)
• Notes to the Financial Statements (include summary of significant accounting
  policies and other explanatory information); and comparative information
