However, if your email registered in the MyInvois system is outdated or incorrect, you might miss critical updates from LHDN — which could lead to miscommunication or delays in document validation.

Why You're Receiving These Emails

LHDN is actively sending out reminders and system notifications to e-Invoice-registered taxpayers. These emails are linked to your MyInvois taxpayer profile.

If your profile has an outdated contact, the emails may go to an ex-staff, tax agent (we receive a lot), wrong department, or worse — bounce entirely.

How to Update :

  1. Log in to MyInvois Portal using your credentials.

  2. Go to Taxpayer Profile or Registration Details section.

  3. Edit your email address and contact number.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.
