【税务】外籍员工 2% 公积金缴纳

外籍员工的公积金 (EPF) 强制性缴纳将被设定上限为 2%，首相拿督斯里安华依布拉欣宣布。内阁原本提议的缴纳率为 12%，但在商会建议后，最终决定将其降至 2%。

马来西亚制造商联合会 (FMM) 对此调整表示欢迎，但敦促政府维持该缴纳率一段合理时期，以便企业能妥善规划。

降低缴纳率可减少企业的薪资成本，让雇佣外籍员工对各行业更具吸引力。

09实施时间表

确切的实施日期仍未确定，但可能会从2027 年 1 月起逐步实施，并针对现有外籍员工分阶段执行。
