亲爱的客户，

STAMPS 系统如何自动计算印花税？

从 2023 年开始，LHDN 推出 STAMPS 系统，印花税全面电子化。不用再贴纸张印花，一切线上完成！

✅ 步骤如下：

1️⃣ 先注册账号：
进入 https://stamps.hasil.gov.my
选择 个人 或 公司/代理，上传 SSM、IC 和授权信。

2️⃣ 登录后点击 “Penyeteman > Permohonan Penyeteman” 开始线上申请。

3️⃣ 填写协议资料：

  • 文件类型（如借贷协议、租赁协议）

  • 协议签署日期

  • 金额

  • 双方资料

  • 上传签好名的 PDF 合同

4️⃣ 💰 系统会自动计算应缴印花税
例如：RM200,000 的借款 → 印花税 RM1,000

5️⃣ 线上付款：FPX、信用卡或电子钱包

6️⃣ 下载并打印 Sijil Setem（电子印花证书），正式有效，无需再盖章或贴印。
