（税务）印花稅大改革：自我評估+重罰機制來了 Part 8！

内陆税收局：雇佣合约迟交印花税豁免罚款，截止日期为2025年12月31日

IRB（LHDN）已正式宣布，一次性豁免雇主迟交现有雇佣合约印花税的罚款。只要在2025年12月31日前完成盖章，即可免罚。

此宽限期为一次性措施，不会延长。

必须盖印花税的文件：

  • 雇佣合约

  • 合约续签信（若视为新合约）

  • 固定期限合约（包括续签的合约）

无需盖印花税的文件：

  • Offer信（聘请信）

  • 奖金信

  • 年度加薪信

  • 确认信

  • 贷款信（若不属于雇佣合约的一部分）

新签合约注意事项：

  • 签署后30天内必须盖章

  • 超过30天将被罚款（RM50或10%，RM100或20%，以较高者为准）

雇主应采取的行动：

  • 检查2022年至今的所有雇佣合约

  • 如尚未盖章，请尽快送交盖章，并附上申请信以要求豁免罚款

从2026年1月1日起，IRB将实行印花税自我评估制度，并可追溯审计过去五年的记录。
