（税务）就业合约印花税减免：2026年财政预算案的一大喜讯

从 2026年1月1日 起，就业合约的 印花税免征门槛 将从 每月RM300 提高到 RM3,000。

简单来说，如果你的合约上注明的 月薪是RM3,000或以下，就 不需要缴付印花税。

以前只有 月薪低于RM300 的合约才符合资格。这个标准早就不合时宜了，毕竟现在的 最低工资是RM1,700。

现在终于看到落实，算是跟上了经济现实。这是一个 非常受欢迎的改变。
雇主现在可以更轻松地签订正式合约，不用再为那一点点印花税烦恼，也不用每份低薪合约都去盖印。

重点提醒：

  • 2026年1月1日之后 签署、工资 超过RM3,000 的合约仍需缴付印花税。

  • 2025年签署 的合约需缴 RM10印花税，但只要在 2025年12月31日前盖印，不会被罚款。

  • 2025年1月1日前 签署的合约则 完全免征印花税，也 不会有任何迟缴罚款。

这虽然是一个小改革，却能带来大影响。
让中小企业更容易遵守规定，也让制度更公平。
